By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the website.

1. Services Overview

Dr. K’s Vocal Studio provides vocal training, educational content, and coaching services through a monthly membership program. This includes access to:

  • Weekly live vocal training sessions

  • Recorded session replays

  • Educational materials and resources

  • Additional content as made available

Access to content is granted for the duration of an active membership.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.

3.  Membership and Billing

You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle

  • Once canceled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period

  • After that period, access to all membership content (including replays) will be removed

We do not offer partial-month cancellations or prorated refunds.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to content:

  • All membership fees are non-refundable

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time

  • Failure to attend live sessions does not qualify for a refund

Members retain access to session replays, allowing flexibility if live sessions are missed.

6. Accounts

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

7. Content Access & Usage

All content provided through Dr. K’s Vocal Studio is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce content outside the platform

  • Record, resell, or repurpose sessions or materials

  • Provide access to your account to others

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, training methods, branding, and content, are the intellectual property of Dr. K’s Vocal Studio.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Results Disclaimer

While our training is designed to support vocal improvement:

  • Results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and experience

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

Your progress is ultimately dependent on your own participation and practice.

9. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms and Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Dr. K’s Vocal Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
