The Young Men’s Ensemble (YME) provides a supportive and inspiring space for male choristers to continue singing through the vocal transition. Led by Dr. K — a recognized expert in the development of the maturing male voice — YME offers young singers the tools, guidance, and confidence to navigate this pivotal stage with vocal health and artistic freedom.
With decades of experience, including mentoring over 50 young men through this exact transition at the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus, Dr. K helps each singer build a strong, sustainable technique that sets them up for long-term success.
Artes Vocales
Artes Vocales is a Los Angeles-based choral ensemble led by Dr. K, with a mission to bring exceptional choral music to local communities while cultivating a space for artistic growth and collaboration. The ensemble offers rigorous vocal training, performance experience, and a powerful sense of community — making it a cost-effective way for singers to work with Dr. K in a group setting.
